K-6th Grade Faith Formation

K–6th Grade Faith Formation Program

The K–6th Grade Program is designed as ongoing Faith Formation. This program is for children enrolled in a non-Catholic school or participating in a home-school program.

Each class is staffed with two catechists and meets weekly, with breaks for holidays and summer.

Class Details

Classes are held at St. Patrick's School on Tuesdays from 4:30–5:30 p.m.

All necessary paperwork is available in the forms section of our website. Parents, please submit a registration form as well as a permission waiver to complete your child's registration.

The fee for Faith Formation is $40 per child for the academic year. The fee may be paid online through our payment portal on the homepage.
